Your hierarchy is bad and you should feel bad. The combat rifle far outdpses the assault rifle and the TAR is a once-great weapon which never sees the light of day in even mildly competitive play. How can you possibly believe that the CR is perfectly balanced? Consider that it has more DPS than all the other rifles bar the scrambler rifle which at least has an overheat mechanic to balance it. Then consider that the RPM is so high that missing a shot barely hurts at all. Then consider that it has excellent range.
The hierarchy is sound.

He/she/it is pretty much doing what the OP is ranting about. 
Someone obviously has zero sense of humor.
Besides, I had to listen to the AR fanatics dish up pretty much the same thing over and over and over and over and over again for months when it was even shown that at one point the AR out-dpsed Large Blasters. Now is the time for our (the other racial rifles) turn to dish up bias regarding our rifles.
Therefore I stand by my position and if you desire to call me a troll for that, go ahead.
